You're invited to join us for the 29th Annual Coach Plummer 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, August 9, 2025. Individuals participating in the 5K run/walk will enjoy the Danville Admiral Cross Country Team's grass trail - a scenic, but challenging course. The course is located at the Admiral Stadium.

About the Event
THE COURSE: The 3.1-mile course (Admiral Cross Country course) will start and finish at Admiral Football Stadium. The course is a slightly flat and fairly hilly GRASS TRAIL that will be well marked. The course is located on Stanford Ave. near John W. Bate Middle School.
ENTRY FEES: $20 entries until August 4th. $25 entries after August 4th. Registration price includes credit card service fee of $2.
MEN/WOMEN DIVISIONS: Age 9 & under, 10-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+, Masters, Grand Masters, DHS Alumni*
*DHS Alumni should indicate your age division and alumni status on the entry form!
AWARDS: Awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners. The top three finishers in each age division will receive a Coach Plummer medal. 5K Run/Walk participants will receive a performance polyester moisture-wicking T-shirt printed with the race logo. Awards…
